When buying...

• Know your credit score and what you can afford. Look at ALL the expenses when you are budgeting for the house (closing costs, insurance, homeowners association fees, etc.).
• Make a short list of your non-negotiables, but try to stay flexible.
• Do a little research. Try to figure out what neighborhood(s) you prefer. Don't worry, if you don't know where to start we are here to help you.
• Think long-term and re-sale.
• Use an experienced realtor who knows the area and the market (hopefully you choose us).

When selling...

• Pay attention to curb appeal.
• Declutter your home or property.
• Research the market.
• Be prepared for open houses and showings.
• Get in contact with a knowledgable realtor (again... hopefully us)
